We are all entitled to a healthy and active life.  And each of us needs to find our own path of what makes us feel healthy, energetic, and vibrant.

In considering my own health and wellness, I found that my own path included a combination of preventative and holistic techniques.  It led me to study the effects of stress on the body, Applied Kinesiology, and to get certified as a Holistic Health Coach and Lifestyle Educator.  I enjoy learning about a variety of wellness techniques, and coach people to find out what their body responds to most effectively.
