Team Development

I think of myself, not as a teacher or trainer, but as a facilitator of learning.  In 1997, I was exposed for the first time to the concept of experiential and adventure based learning.  Participants are encouraged to critically think about topics and issues, and apply their strategies to make the workplace a more productive environment.  By using a very interactive learning method of dialogue education, participants stay more involved during the program and have a higher retention and application rate of topics and themes offered in the workshop.  Each learning event is designed with the specific needs of the client in mind.
